Why Assessment

We want to see your squat, shoulder press and deadlift!

If you have no prior experience, we're here to show you how. 

Otherwise we want to make sure you have a solid foundation.

Lay Of The Land

It's nice to know the layout of a new space. Coming in for an introduction prior to your frist class establishes a level of confidence as you already know where to park, how to access the gym, where to change or use the facilities.  

Goals

Let's discuss what you want out of these workouts! 

Group fitness can be a great way to stay accountable to your goals and see positive progress. 

Equipment

Now you know where to find barbells, exercise mats and how to set up for a squat. These small things add up when starting out in a new gym. 

Introduction

A new gym can be daunting, and we want to make sure you're comfortable. Let us show you the space, our vibe and the flow of the workouts. Our intention is to make you feel welcome and ready for your first session!

Face To A Name

It's helpful to meet your coach before your first class. Establishing a mini relationship can fast track  a smooth transition from "I'm new here!" to "I got this!"
