Otherwise we want to make sure you have a solid foundation.
Lay Of The Land
It's nice to know the layout of a new space. Coming in for an introduction prior to your frist class establishes a level of confidence as you already know where to park, how to access the gym, where to change or use the facilities.

Face To A Name
It's helpful to meet your coach before your first class. Establishing a mini relationship can fast track a smooth transition from "I'm new here!" to "I got this!"
