We offer one-hour classes with a capacity of 8 people.
You'll never see the same workout twice, which means you'll never get bored. Get a full body workout in an ego free gym!
We are a small group fitness gym.
Our class sizes cap at 8 to ensure quality coaching. Limiting class sizes gives our coaches time to address form, challenge the weight on your bar, and make any modifications for injuries or restrictions. At Ballance Fitness you will feel seen and heard.
The community feel, personal accountablility, and variety at each class will keep you coming back for more.
An empowering gym experience.
We currently offer one type of class. It is one hour long and focuses on weightlifting, circuit training and interval training. Each full body workout is different from the last. The variety of our ever evolving workouts keep you interested and on your toes. From squats and deadlifts, to dumbbells and kettlebells, to agility work and box jumps, to tire pull and sled pushes, you’ll be sure to get a good pump while working on the fundamentals!
New to these types of exercises? Do not be intimidated. We're here to make the most out of your time!

As the first time gym user Jill immediately put me at ease with her gentle and encouraging nature. All of the instructions are clear and include demonstrations when needed. Modifications are given based on your body needs if required. The workouts are incredibly creative and motivating. Gentle corrections are given to encourage good form to keep the body safe. I’ve honestly never worked this hard for anyone and had this much fun while doing it.

Location
We are located on the corner of 14a Street and 34th avenue. You can find our entrance on the west side of the buiding, below Marda Loop Physio. There is parking in the lot out front and along 14a street and 34 ave. Be mindful, some street parking is permit only.
